01 YOU SHOP
We give 25% of merchandise earnings after discounts, production/fulfillment costs, payment fees, refunds and chargebacks. Taxes and shipping are excluded; advertising, overhead and owner pay are not deducted.
02 WE GIVE
Paid-out sales are reconciled monthly and contributions sent to BCRF by the end of the following month. Pending payouts roll forward; later refunds adjust the next calculation. Completed donations are not reclaimed.
03 YOU CAN CHECK
Monthly updates here will show eligible earnings, amounts owed/sent, transfer dates, balances and redacted receipts. Funds set aside are not yet donated. No historical total is claimed without receipts.
Example: $10.80 in eligible earnings = $2.70 for research.
